I did some cell tower sweeps, and it looks like it's a broadcast message that went simultaneously to numerous cellphones. Unfortunately, it was sent by a spambot that rerouted it through several offshore anonymizers that lead back to a non-working number in Sierra Leone. I'm running a code breaker app on the text itself, hoping to glean some insight, but I could use our collective consciousness for this one."

Update - The number is more than likely just a date 11/2/1944 - The day that Sohpia's people crashed in Alaska.
